Trusted by over 1,700 schools in 40+ countries and with over 10 years in the sector, GCSEPod has expertise in developing continuously award-winning content in a rapidly changing environment.

The founders of Soundbite Learning (CEO and CFO) had decided they wanted to pursue an exit and had engaged Cavendish to act as their advisors.
ARA Advisory provided financial modelling services to support Cavendish and Soundbite Learning in preparation for a sale of the business, working alongside senior management and Cavendish.
We also reviewed and collated key financial information provided by management which would form part of the dataroom, and was input into the financial model, to ensure the data provided was in line with management expectations and could stand up to external scrutiny.

The model was adopted by Cavendish as part of the exit process for Soundbite Learning, and the business was sold to the Access Group (a HG portfolio company) in October 2021.
